Claro que si!
We sure do!
Price isn't determined by the type of method we use to get your home and/or business cleaned. There are a few factors that determine both price and method.
That is, how much organic growth, dirt/grime is on your home and what your goal is.
We use Power Washing for those homes that need LOTS of love. Homes that have lots of dirt and grime (homes close to main roadways) and have little to no oxidation or are looking to get their siding prepped for painting.
We use Soft Wash on siding where there is mostly organic growth (mildew and/or lichen) and doesn't need the subtle aggressiveness of Power Washing.
Pressure Washing is reserved for flat surfaces such as non painted concrete, pavers or non painted decks. Pressure Washing should NEVER be used on a roof and/or siding.
Most people do have pressure washers but pressure washers do not belong anywhere near a roof, siding, vinyl fences or wood. If you use a pressure washer on your siding, you will damage your siding because although it may appear to be clean when wet, the damage will become apparent when dry and see that you removed the oxidation and becomes a costly fix.
Asphalt shingle manufacturers such as GAF and Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) strongly advice that you should NEVER use high pressure on your roof. If you chose to disregard this, you can damage your roof by creating premature leaks not to mention shortening the life of your roof. The correct procedure for your roof to be cleaned is by Soft Washing your roof and again, most homeowners aren't equipped to tackle such extensive job.
Absolutely not! It is very real. Insurance companies are doing their part in providing coverage to your investment (your home) but if you neglect your roof then it becomes a liability. As mentioned before, moss and lichen can cause serious damage to your roof. These annoying organic growth can really grab on to your shingles and if you try to remove it like a bandaid you will see that it will take granules with it. The same can be said for lichen but the good news is that we can help you rectify all of this.
We follow manufacturing recommended procedures to get rid of moss, mildew and algae thus not voiding the warranty of your roof shingles AND keeping your homeowners insurance company at bay.
We are in the business of making homeowners happy and that includes bringing your home to association standards and keep them content. So, yes we can, give us a call!
As the housing market is steady at the moment and homeowners want to get top dollar for their property (wether it be selling or renting) first appearance and curb appeal play a big role when coming to the negotiation table. For example, if your 4 year old roof has algae, lichen and moss it can lead to believe that your roof is much older than that and the damage process has begun. You can bet that it will come up in the offers submitted and a reduction in price will be asked for.
So, why not address this even before your beautiful home hits the market? Not many sellers think of this and when the pictures hit the MLS and everyone sees the dirty siding and "deteriorating" roof it may put off some buyers. Specially those buyers that are using FHA loans that have strict rules as to what standards the house should meet in order to fund the loan.
We sure do! We offer all of the same Residential Services to Commercial Facilities as well but we take it a step further! We offer special scheduling so your day-to-day operations are NOT interrupted.
We cannot, we need to see the property in person and we also would like to walk around your house with you. We like to meet our clients face-to-face and answer any questions you may have as well as us telling you what you can expect from us.
The short answer is, no. One thing that needs to be understood is that all organic growth took time to grow. Mother Nature chose to give your home some unwanted decorations, watered it and gave it some sun to help it grow. With that said, when we get there, we will wash off everything that can come off with no damage. So the next step is to "Trust the Process", we just don't wash and never come back. We make several trips back to monitor the progress of our services.
"What does that mean" you ask? That means that on our first visit, everything will be dead. During our cleaning process, some organic growth will die fast and fall off and come down during that first visit. Three months later we will return and assess if your roof needs additional treatment and if so, we will treat it on that second visit. Three months after that, it should all almost if not all be gone.
All of this is included with the Roof Soft Wash service.
If anyone using cleaning agents such as Sodium Hypochlorite is careless and isn't taking the proper steps to clean your home, then yes. We conduct vegetation management steps before, during and after our services.
In layman's terms, oxidation is a powdery substance that is released by your vinyl siding and shutters. A little more in-depth explanation - is the interaction between the sun's UV rays and the chemical composition of your siding. You will then see this powdery coating on your siding, if you or ANYONE else you hire, applies pressure on your siding and removes this coating you will not notice until it dries and shows the "zebra" stripes that can only be removed with our oxidation removal process as shown in our Vinyl Shutter Restoration service.
What you are seeing is RUST. This is delivered by your irrigation system over-spray onto your siding and everywhere else that irrigation system can reach or run off to. Luckily, we are an Authorized F9 Applicator and can dissolve that while you sip on your favorite drink(s) poolside!
Among other eco-friendly professional industrial grade cleaners, the main cleaning agents used are Sodium Hypochlorite (SH), surfactants and water (H2O) to get the job done right.
You absolutely can do anything you put your mind to! However, we have invested in training hours, safety precautions, insurance coverage and not to mention the capital to have the right equipment to get the job done right.
We use all of this job after job, when you will only need it once a year or every other year. We spend HOURS under the hot sun so you don't risk suffering a heat stroke when you can be golfing, fishing, poolside, grilling a fat steak, burgers and hotdogs OR just planning for that trip you and your family deserve.
We can do either or but it is most cost efficient for you that we use your spigot. If we bring water to you, it is an additional surcharge.
Our main goal is to help put a twinkle in a homeowner's eyes when they see their property look as beautiful as the first time. To "WOW" patrons who frequent the business and bring new clients by capturing their attention and directing it to a first impression. As they say, you pay for the "experience" of it all, right? This holds true for places like a small Inn/hotels, restaurants and convenience stores that otherwise would get overlooked because it may look "sketchy" from the outside.
But what we take most pride in, is the fact that we have assisted a homeowner to sell or rent his/her home or commercial property effortlessly and that could have not have happened without the link of a Real Estate Agent. Or the other way around, a new homeowner that isn't that thrilled with the exterior of their home.
It all ties in together in one way or another, one thing to keep in mind that lending institutions have a say (on some instances) as to what a home owner can or cannot purchase. They have guidelines that must be followed in order to fund the loan and that roof that has moss all over it just drove away a potential buyer even though all your roof needed was a cleaning.
We offer incentives for existing clients when they refer new clients and those new clients book a service with us.
But remember, those new clients have to either mention our current clients name or address in order for to receive credit.
There is NO LIMIT as to how much incentive any particular client receives. Its a WIN WIN situation!
If you are a current client of ours and want to take advantage of this incentive to apply towards your next service, contact us, call us or text us for more information.
Most people would argue that, rain water cleans their solar panels. But let's analyze that for a moment and use your car's windshield as an example. When spring arrives and Mother Nature is so kind to release pollen onto the air and land on your car's windshield and it rains soon thereafter you will find that yellowish film on your windshield. The same can be said about bird droppings landing on your windshield. Rain does not get rid of it, because rain itself carry airborne dust particles that act as a binder.
Solar panels photovoltaic systems need regular maintenance to ensure they continue to work efficiently. Most homeowners think that they feel capable of DIY but what they tend to forget is the risk that is involved in climbing that tall ladder and the possibility of a slip and fall.
